High Life Double Helical Springs - Patented Product of Röhrs Spring

The German spring company Dr. Werner Röhrs GmbH & Co. KG has spent almost 100 years

specialising in the development of springs.

Thirty years ago they designed the first double coil spring for use in Europe's leading spindle

broach systems. The first double coil spring was designed 30 years ago for use in Europe's

leading spindle broach systems and was registered under the patent "HELICODISC®", which

is legally protected.

Since the 1980s, double coil springs have been used as high-end precision spindle components

in machine tools and other industries. Through years of practical experience, the double coil

spring has proven to be an effective alternative to conventional disc springs; it has advantages

and characteristics that cannot be replaced by conventional disc springs.
